Solstice Slow Flow

As we move into this winter season, join Jen Williams for

a nourishing evening of yoga and breath work. We will

begin with slow flow yoga, embrace a season of turning

inward with forward folds, then explore calming

breathing techniques and close with an extended

savasana with soothing essential oils. Bring your own

mat; a blanket and cozy socks for savasana are

encouraged.

Slow down, turn in. Embrace the exhale.
